Bra Guide

Find comfort that actually supports you.

After eighteen years of bra fittings, one thing has become very clear: most women are wearing bras that feel restrictive, uncomfortable or simply wrong for their bodies — and it is not their fault.

Bra sizing is inconsistent across brands, and most of us were never truly taught what a well-fitted bra should feel like. This guide brings together the conversations, questions and discoveries that happen every day in the fitting room.

Fitting room truths

What women often tell me.

A bra should support you — not exhaust you. If you are adjusting your straps all day, feeling pressure under the bust, or taking your bra off the moment you get home, something is not right.

“I can’t wait to take my bra off when I get home.”
“The straps always dig into my shoulders.”
“I feel supported in underwire bras, but not comfortable.”
“Soft bras never give me enough shape or support.”
“I just want something comfortable that still makes me feel put together.”

noée was created from exactly this space — between softness and support, comfort and shape, ease and confidence.

The noée fit

Designed with the body in mind.

noée bras are wireless, soft against the body and created to offer light to medium support for everyday wear. They are perfect for the days you want to step away from underwire bras — or simply leave them behind completely.

Wider wings

Our bras are designed with wider wings that softly hug the back and sides of the body, helping create a smoother silhouette under clothing while distributing pressure more gently.

Wireless support

The wireless construction offers comfort and flexibility without the restrictive feeling many women experience from traditional underwires.

Light padding

Lightly padded cups help cover the nipples under clothing and create a soft, rounded shape without adding too much extra volume.

Considered straps

Some styles have wider straps for extra shoulder support, while others are designed with slimmer straps to disappear more easily under clothing.

Sensitive bodies

Gentle support for women who need softness.

noée bras are also appreciated by women with lymphatic sensitivity, thanks to their soft materials, wireless construction and gentle pressure distribution around the chest and ribcage area.

Several noée styles have been positively reviewed by certified lymph specialists for their softness and everyday comfort.

This does not make noée a medical garment — but it does reflect our belief that underwear should never feel harsh, heavy or restrictive against the body.

Fit check

A well-fitted bra should feel almost forgettable.

Band

The band should sit flat and comfortably around your body without riding up. It should feel secure, but never restrictive.

Cups

The cups should lie smoothly against the bust with no spillage, cutting in or empty space.

Straps

Straps should rest comfortably on your shoulders. They should support, but not carry all the weight.

Back

Wider wings should softly hug the back and sides, helping the bra feel stable while smoothing gently under clothing.

Feeling

Within a few minutes, the right bra should feel natural. You should feel supported, at ease and able to move freely.

How to measure

Your size is a starting point.

Measurements can help guide you, but they are not the full answer. Your body, your comfort and the specific bra style all matter.

Measure your band

Wrap a soft measuring tape firmly around your ribcage, just under your bust. Keep it parallel to the floor — snug, but not tight.

Measure your bust

Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust, letting it sit naturally without pulling it tight.

Compare with our size guide

Use your usual European bra size as a guide, then compare it with our noée size chart to find your recommended size.

Trust the feeling

Size is not a destination. If the bra feels too tight, loose or unsupportive, listen to your body and adjust from there.

Sister sizing

When your size feels almost right.

If a bra almost fits but not perfectly, sister sizing can help. Sister sizes keep a similar cup volume while adjusting the band.

If the band feels too tight, go up one band size and down one cup size. For example, 75C becomes 80B.

If the band feels too loose, go down one band size and up one cup size. For example, 80B becomes 75C.

A note from us

Comfort is the whole point.

Finding the right bra is about so much more than measurements. It is about comfort, confidence, movement and how you feel in your own body.

If you are unsure where to begin, we are always here to help guide you. No question is too small.

A bra should not be something you endure. It should be something that helps you feel supported, at ease and quietly confident in your body.
