Our 14-day returns policy begins on the day you receive your order. To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In their original packaging with tags attached
• Free from marks, scents, or damage

If you would like to exchange for a different size or style, please return it and place a new order.

1. Email us at hello@noee.co with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will send you a return label and instructions within 2 business days.
3. Pack your item securely and send it back using the label provided.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Please note that if you are located in Sweden, a return fee of 49 SEK will be deducted from your refund.
